DHG Properties, a Dubai-based developer, has completed Helvetia Residences, a $200 million (AED 734.5 million) residential project in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), marking the Swiss real estate group’s first UAE development under its Helvetia residential brand. The handover, achieved within two years, adds 430 homes across 25 floors with over 73,000 square meters of built-up area, offering studios to three-bedroom apartments.
The milestone aligns with a surge in Dubai residential completions. The Dubai Land Department (DLD) reports 104 real estate projects finished in the first half of 2026, representing investments exceeding AED 111 billion ($30.22 billion) and delivering 24,537 new units. Project completions rose by 38.7 percent year-over-year, with new units increasing by over 36 percent, according to DLD data.
Development Features and Design Philosophy
Helvetia Residences integrates contemporary design for modern living, featuring private spaces alongside landscaped outdoor areas, a resort-style pool, children’s play zone, Technogym-equipped fitness centre, jogging track, and a rooftop padel court. The residences incorporate smart home technology and premium materials, reflecting DHG’s commitment to quality and the Helvetia brand’s design principles. JVC’s established reputation as a residential community influenced DHG’s location choice.

Blagoje Antic, Chairman, CEO, and Founder of DHG Group, emphasized the significance of the handover, stating, “Today as we deliver Helvetia Residences, I see a vision brought to life. When we entered Dubai, we made a commitment to bring our Swiss development heritage to the UAE – from the way we build and the standards we maintain to the experience we deliver to homeowners and value we deliver to investors.”
Post-Handover Support and Future Plans
DHG hosted an event with government officials, brokers, and partners to showcase the completed development. Milos Antic, Vice Chairman and CEO of DHG Properties, highlighted the importance of sustained service quality, noting, “As Helvetia Residences moves into next phase, we also recognise that delivering the keys is only one part of the ownership journey. Our focus now is on ensuring residents continue to experience the quality and level of service associated with DHG well beyond handover.”
To support this vision, DHG launched DHG Property Management , a suite of services including real estate advisory, long-term and short-term leasing, and resale support. The handover represents a key step in DHG’s long-term UAE strategy, transitioning from market entry to managing completed communities. With two additional Dubai developments underway, the company aims to expand its portfolio while maintaining focus on quality construction, strategic locations, and efficient delivery timelines.
