Liqvd Digital India Ltd, a digital marketing solutions provider, will open its initial public offering (IPO) for subscription on September 23. The company has fixed a price band of INR 51 to INR 54 per equity share.

Liqvd Digital India’s INR 39-crore IPO includes a new issuance of INR 34.14 crore and a sale offer of 9.02 lakh shares by promoter Arnab Mitra, valued at INR 4.87 crore at the higher price point.

From the new issuance, INR 9 crore is allocated for purchasing a 23.21 percent stake in AdLift Marketing Pvt Ltd, and INR 10.59 crore is designated for establishing a full video content production facility.

In FY26, Liqvd Digital India recorded consolidated operational revenue of INR 60.24 crore and a net profit of INR 8.03 crore, showcasing a thriving digital services business prior to its public market entry.

The company’s allocation of funds, which includes acquiring a minority stake, developing new production infrastructure, and securing working capital, indicates efforts to diversify its services before listing on the SME exchange platform.

By acquiring a stake in AdLift Marketing, a digital marketing company, Liqvd Digital aims to expand its service offerings beyond current capabilities, while the planned video production hub aligns with increasing demand for video-centric marketing and content services.

The IPO’s structure, dominated by a new issuance and a limited promoter sale offer, indicates the company’s focus on raising primary capital for growth rather than facilitating exits for current shareholders at this developmental phase.
