An estate with stunning, sweeping ocean views has landed on the Hawaii real estate market for a whopping $30 million — making it one of the state’s priciest listings.
Built in 1997, the three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom house stretches over 2,700 square feet and has dramatic views from almost every corner of the home.
According to Realtor.com, the current owners tore down the property on the grounds and custom built the current home, which is a licensed vacation rental and has a vast amount of ocean frontage.
“It’s amazing to have 350 feet of oceanfront on Kauai, or anywhere else in the world,” listing agent John C. Ferry told the Realtor.
