ITP Media Group is introducing GAYA, a new global fine dining guide designed specifically for affluent travelers and luxury hospitality professionals. This initiative represents the first index dedicated entirely to high-end dining, encompassing everything from exclusive chef’s tables to celebrated destination restaurants.
Each location will operate as an independent entity, staffed by local inspectors based in ITP’s existing offices. A central governing board, chaired by David J.
Unlike conventional dining guides, GAYA will function as an integrated digital platform. Restaurants will undergo continuous assessment throughout the year by anonymous inspectors, evaluated across seven key criteria: culinary mastery, service quality, ambiance, interior design, beverage offerings, consistency, and overall guest experience. All findings will be consolidated into a single online hub, enabling users to compare and book top establishments across multiple cities.
The guide addresses a growing trend in luxury travel, where affluent diners increasingly prioritize extraordinary culinary experiences over traditional tourist attractions. Despite the industry’s expansion, discovery tools remain scattered across regional rankings and disjointed platforms. GAYA seeks to consolidate these efforts into a single, authoritative, and data-backed system.

Local inspectors will conduct independent assessments, submitting their evaluations to the global board for cross-market verification. The platform will also support personalized filtering, enabling users to refine recommendations by specific dining preferences, whether a chef’s table, omakase counter, or a landmark dining venue.
“Luxury dining has become a global pursuit, but the systems used to discover and evaluate restaurants have not evolved at the same pace,” said Constable. “Our ambition is not simply to launch another guide. We are creating a global index of excellence that will act as a culinary concierge, allowing diners to find and book restaurants that match the exact criteria that matter to them.”
GAYA’s launch aligns with ITP Media Group’s broader expansion into luxury-focused media properties. The project, overseen by CEO Ali Akawi, will be managed by Martin Chambers and Sally Whittam, who bring a combined three decades of experience operating hospitality media brands.
